Users would therefore pull out tape cartridge and either pull out, stretch, or tear tape. In addition most have enough hours on them that they maybe need new heads or at least some verification that heads still good. Would like to just have them re-conditioned to where I would feel I could get another year or so service out of each without worrying about problems.
